How We Work

Brief to
Installation

Three stages, one facility, total control. Every panel is designed, cast, and finished in-house at our Sakarya workshop — from your first sketch to a specification-ready, installed surface.

Step 01 — Design & Modelling

From Brief to
Digital Model

We translate your spatial intent — pattern language, depth, geometry — into parametric constraints using our AI-Assisted Product Modelling pipeline. The design brief becomes a high-fidelity 3D surface model. Iteration is fast and non-destructive — changes at this stage cost nothing. BIM-ready outputs included as standard.

Non-destructive digital iteration — zero physical prototyping waste

Step 02 — Moulding & Casting

3D-Printed Moulds.
Precision Casting.

Master moulds are 3D-printed directly from the digital model, then replicated in silicone or elastomer for unlimited production runs. Lumina PMAG™ and PUCOMP™ panels are cast vertically under controlled conditions — each batch tested for compressive strength and surface integrity before release.

Reusable production moulds — one master serves the full production run

Step 03 — Finishing & Delivery

Artisan Finish.
Ready for Installation.

Every panel receives a precision surface finish — any RAL or custom colour, with cold-cast metal, patina, and textured options available. The result is a micro-smooth surface resistant to humidity, UV, and impact. Each panel ships with a material data sheet, installation drawing, and BIM file.

Spot-repairable without full panel replacement — extended service life

Made in
Sakarya

Our facility in Sakarya houses the full production pipeline under one roof — from additive mould-making through casting to finishing and QA. Vertical integration eliminates sub-contractor delays and gives us total quality control from brief to crate.

Every panel ships with a material data sheet and installation drawing. Logistics and on-site installation support available to the Middle East, Caucasus, and Eastern Europe.

In the Workshop

Every panel passes through the same sequence of hands.

Mould preparation — release agent applied before each cast
01 The mould is prepared before every cast.
PMAG mix poured into silicone moulds and left to cure
02 The cast is poured and left to cure.
PMAG relief panel being peeled from silicone mould — first appearance
03 The mould opens. The panel appears.
Relief panels and silicone mould displayed side by side — negative and positive form
04 Negative and positive — two faces of every design.
Surface refinement and final quality control
05 Final refinement before the panel leaves the studio.
